These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JoJexa Aqua Solutions' services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
JoJexa Aqua Solutions provides professional repair and maintenance services for aquaculture equipment including aerators, pumps, and related systems. All services are subject to these Terms and any additional service agreements.
Service requests are confirmed upon written acceptance of our quotation. We reserve the right to refuse service for equipment beyond economical repair or safety concerns.
2. Pricing and Payment
Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on parts availability and additional work discovered during repair.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved credit terms for established customers.
Additional Costs: Customer will be notified of any additional costs exceeding 10% of the original quotation before proceeding with work.
3. Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on repair work and replacement parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not include damage from misuse, normal wear, or environmental factors.
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. Our liability is limited to re-performing the defective work at no additional charge.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about equipment condition and history
- Ensure safe access to equipment for our technicians
- Follow all operational and maintenance recommendations
- Notify us immediately of any safety concerns
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
Customers are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their equipment and operations.
6. Equipment Handling
Equipment left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion may incur storage charges. Equipment abandoned for more than 90 days may be disposed of to recover costs.
We exercise reasonable care in handling customer equipment but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
7. Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, repair procedures, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of JoJexa Aqua Solutions. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary information.
8. Emergency Services
Emergency service requests are subject to availability and premium pricing. Emergency service does not guarantee specific response times but represents our best effort to provide rapid assistance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Upon termination, customer is responsible for payment of all services rendered and must collect equipment within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
